Sony Tablet S launched in Australia, 16 GB model out of stock from Day One

Today, Sony launched the Tablet S powered by Android 3.2 in Australia. The tablet is available in Wifi only version with 16 GB and 32 GB models. You can purchase it from retail stores or Sony Official Website.The brand new Tablet S from Sony runs on 1 GHz processor and 1 GB RAM. Available in 16 GB & 32 GB with expansion slots, the tablet comes with 9.4” LED-lit TruBlack screen and high resolution of 1280 x 800. It also sports a 5 MP HD camera and 0.3 MP rear camera.
