Do you like to make notes while browsing when something important comes up in your mind? If yes, then there are many simple Notepad extensions (apps) you can add to your Google Chrome browser and quickly make notes whenever you want.
Before I had installed one of these extensions, I used to make notes on the Windows Notepad. Though that method wasn’t difficult either, sometimes I used to forget the things I had in mind by the time I opened up the Windows Notepad. Now with the help of my current Notepad extension, I can make notes with the click of a button right within Google Chrome. Though there are many such Notepad apps available for Chrome, some of them require you to sign-in to your Google account before you can access them.
In this tutorial I will show you how you can install a simple Notepad for Chrome called “Quickrr Notepad“. It is the best Notepad app in my opinion since it is very simple to use and allows you to make as many notes as you want, whenever you want right within Google Chrome.
1. Visit the Quickrr Notepad extension page and install the extension.
2. You will see a small yellow icon close to the address bar. When you want to make a note, simply click on that icon and enter the text in the text area.
3. Similarly you can add as many notes as you want. When you want to make a new note, click on the icon shown in the image below and then enter the text in the corresponding text area.
