[How To] Convert a Powerpoint 2010 PPT to Video


So you’ve created an impressive Powerpoint 2010 presentation and would like to upload it on video sharing sites like YouTube, Metacafe etc. Or may be you want to play your presentation on a computer that doesn’t have Microsoft Office 2010 installed in it. 1. Open the presentation in Powerpoint 2010
2. Go to File in the menu and select Share
3. Under the File Types section, click on Create a Video
4. Set the effects according to your preference such as High Quality, Medium Quality or Low Quality. You can also enable or disable record timing and narrations.
5. Choose the amount of time in seconds you want to spend on each slide from the Seconds to spend on each slide tab.
6. Finally click on the Create Video button and save the WMV file to your desired location.
